We have another great teleclass coming up this week from the Children’s Writer’s Coaching Club. But you don’t have to be a member of the club to take part in the teleclass. You can register for the class separately.
Nancy I. Sanders, author of a new book called Yes! You Can Learn to Write Children’s Books, Get Them Published, and Build a Successful Writing Career, will talk about The Triple Crown of Success: How to Build a Career as a Children’s Writer, this Thursday, October 22, 2009, at noon CDT. The teleclass will be recorded and anyone who registers will receive a link to the recording.

I’d Love to Visit Your School in Ft. Collins, Colorado!
Next month I’ll be in Ft. Collins, Colorado during the middle part of the month. I’d love to book more half-day school visits for the time I will be there.
The really great part about this for schools in the Ft. Collins area is, they won’t have to pay my travel or lodging expenses since I will already be in the area. Also, I give a discount to each school when I am booked in several schools within a single area for several consecutive days.

Writing Week at Green Hedges School!
During the week of October 5th through October 9th, I was at Green Hedges School for Writing Week!
I worked with the teachers and the librarian there to get the faculty and students off to a GREAT school year of wonderful writing projects!
Plus, I talked to the students about my books and why I love, love, love to write!
